– Micron-level tolerances (1–5 µm)
– Thin-wall stability management
– Ultra-precise turning, grinding, and milling
– Operation in a temperature-controlled, vibration-isolated machining environment
– MATERIALS YOU WILL WORK WITH
– Aerospace / defense-grade materials including:
– Aluminum alloys (7000-series, high-strength aerospace grades)
– Stainless steels (15-5, 17-4, PH grades)
– High-strength alloy steels (4140/4340, nitriding grades, vacuum-melted steels)
– Tool steels (A2, D2, PM tool steels)
– Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V / Ti-64)
– Nickel-based superalloys (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy)
– Other defense-specific advanced materials depending on program requirements
